堵轉1小時-24小時的電機設計理念 長期堵轉力矩電機如何閉環控制
閉環式扭力控制在力矩電機應用是通過力矩電機加裝編碼器來反饋信號完成的。通過接收信號與控制器預先設定的張力值相平衡,計算出控制信號,自動控制動作單元則使實際張力值與預設張力值相等,以達到張力穩定目的。它是目前較力矩電機的張力控制方法簡單易行、成本低。用變頻器驅動變頻電機做張力控制是變頻電機加編碼器采集脈沖信號完成的。但工藝復雜成本高。
