IV, adjust the vibration force

The vibration force is setting to its maximal value at default state. If the shock force is too large, the user can remove both ends of the shield, loosen the outer ends of the eccentric (adjustable eccentric) locking bolts, synchronous adjust the angle between the adjustable and fixed eccentric, so that vibration force to meet the requirements, and tighten the locking bolts. 警示！激振力的調整應保證振動電動機兩邊偏心塊數量一致調整角度相同，即兩邊偏心塊應調整在相同的設定值位置，否則激振力不均勻，影響振動電動機壽命或損壞。

經過幾個小時初期運轉，檢查振動電動機電流，進一步檢查緊固件，鎖緊螺栓。
