倉壁振動器又稱防閉塞裝置，原理振動電動機為動力產生激振源來保持物料順利通過防止堵塞的功能。節能型產品倉壁振動器它是靠高頻振動電機和沖擊力，有效的破壞和消除物料由于內摩擦、潮濕、帶電、附著力強等原因而引起的架橋，搭拱，堵塞現象，從而使物料從料倉口順利排出，保證穩定供料所必須的設備。

Warehouse wall vibrator, also known as discharge blocking device, is a vibration motor as vibration source of energy-saving products, it uses high-frequency vibration and wallop force, effectively eliminate bridging material since the inner friction, deliquescence, charged, segregation and other reasons caused by doming, clogging, so that the material discharged from the hopper mouth smoothly, ensure the equipment necessary for a stable supply.

First, the warehouse wall vibrators installation, adjustment, maintenance and precautions:

1.倉壁振動器焊接在全鋼板料倉的倉壁上 1.Wall vibrator should welded on steel plate silo wall warehouse

2.一臺倉壁振動器的振動力傳遞范圍為（4~5）m，用戶可根據料倉的大小確定每個料倉應安裝的臺數。安裝部位周長小于4米的安裝1臺裝置即可，大于4米的每隔4~6米安裝1臺。

2.Vibration force transmission range of a warehouse wall vibrator is (4-5) meters, users can determine the number of units should be installed in each silo according to the size of the silo. One unit need to be installed for places with perimeter less than 4 meters；for greater than 4 meters, one unit should be installed every 4 to 6 meters.

3.如果兩臺倉壁振動器對稱安裝在倉壁的兩側面上時，安裝位置應上下錯開50~100mm，以避免互相干擾。3.If two warehouse wall vibrators are installed symmetrically on both sides of the silo wall, installation location should be staggered up and down 50 ~ 100mm, in order to avoid mutual interference.

4.倉壁振動器應牢固焊接在料倉的側壁板上，焊縫的焊肉厚度等于料倉厚度為佳。

5.焊接前應檢查裝置的底板與料倉側壁是否貼合緊密。貼縫間隙應小于1mm，否則應對底板進行校正。

5.Before welding it should be checked if the backplane and silo sidewall fit tightly. Stickers seam gap should be less than 1mm, otherwise the backplane should be corrected.

6.焊接后應有消除焊接應力的措施，如對焊接部分局部加溫，逐漸冷卻或連續重復敲擊焊縫等。

6.After soldering it should eliminate welding stress, for example, local heating of the weld part, gradually cooling or continuously repeated welds and other percussion.

7.倉壁振動器中的振動電動機與臺架采用螺栓連接。安裝時應牢固可靠，并有防松措施。

7.The vibrating motor of warehouse wall vibrators and carriage are connected with bolts. Installation should be solid and reliable, and have anti-loosening measures.

8.倉壁振動器中的振動電動機的引出電纜，在引出部分不允許突然彎曲，彎曲半徑應大于電纜外徑的8-9倍。

8.The lead cables of vibrating motor of warehouse wall vibrators, do not allow a sudden bend in the lead-out portion, bend radius should be greater than 8-9 times of the cable diameter.

本表是按料倉上端被固定，下部為游離狀態的結構計算的，故不適用于在料倉上下均勻被固定著的結構。

Third, this table is based on the structure, which uppper is fixed and the lower part is in free state. It's not applicable for those structures which both sides are fixed.
